Before joining DiligenceVault, Anand was a Customer Success Lead at Sell.Do. At Sell.Do, they handled a team of 10+ members which included monitoring their performances, overlooking their client engagement, upgrading their skills, monthly meetings, managing appraisals, and Quarterly feedback. Anand was also responsible for investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed by the support team.
Anand has a proven track record of driving customer happiness through consistent positive experiences with a focus on advocacy to drive renewals. Anand also has experience in conducting continuous user training so as to help them use the platform more efficiently. Anand has also conducted webinars for the managers in the APAC region.
In their current role at DiligenceVault, Anand is responsible for liaising with the sales team for understanding the marketing and implementing strategies for product improvement. Anand also works closely with the product team to plan and develop the product roadmap.
