Steven Russell has over 16 years of work experience in various leadership positions. From 2004 to 2008, they served as the Chief Enlisted Manager at the United States Air Force. Following that, they joined Diligent Consulting Inc in 2008 as a Program Manager, overseeing projects until 2012. Steven then took on the role of Director, Professional Services Division, and subsequently became the VP of Operations in 2015. In their current role at Diligent Consulting Inc, Steven utilizes their certifications in PMP, CISSP, LSSMBB, and CPBI to drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional results.

Steven Russell has a solid education background in business and information technology. Steven pursued their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Wayland Baptist University, studying from 2001 to 2006. Following that, they went on to Webster University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Information Technology from 2007 to 2008.
