Alan Geraldi

Alan Geraldi has extensive work experience in various legal and compliance roles.

Alan is currently working as the General Counsel at Diligent Delivery Systems, a transportation and logistics service provider.

Prior to this, Alan worked as a Principal at Alan R. Geraldi, Esq. - International Trade, Law, and Compliance. Here, they provided consultancy services in trade, supply chain, government relations, technology, procurement, and employment. Alan also represented Russia and UK entities in OFAC investigation and compliance and co-authored employee practices policies and training.

Alan previously served as the Senior Legal Counsel - Americas at Toll Group, where they drafted prime contracts, subcontracts, leases, and modifications, provided litigation support, led customer negotiations, and handled compliance training and policy drafting.

Before that, they held the position of General Counsel, Vice-President & Chief Compliance Officer at North Wind Group, where they specialized in government contracting, compliance, energy, M&A, risk management, international law, supply chain, complex contracts, import/export, FCPA, Truth In Negotiations Act, False Claims Act, and employee training.

Alan also worked as the Regional Head Legal Counsel UK, Asia & Oceania at Panalpina, Inc., where they resolved legal matters, managed legal claims, led compliance investigations, and provided global legal oversight for energy and EPC projects. Alan later became the Corporate Secretary, Senior Vice-President & Regional General Counsel, responsible for the legal department and operational functions in North America, Asia-Pacific, Oceania, and the UK.

Alan served as the Associate General Counsel & Director of International Legal Affairs at Menlo Worldwide, Inc., overseeing legal matters outside the U.S. and managing a department of attorneys and support staff.

Alan was also a co-founder and General Counsel at WizKid On-line, Inc., an education-based internet start-up, where they handled all legal matters and corporate secretary duties.

Earlier in their career, they worked at Donnici, Kerwin & Donnici as a Senior Associate, specializing in trademark registration, counsel to start-up and high-technology clients, and litigation matters.

Alan's career began at DHL Airways, Inc., where they counseled senior management and the executive team of the U.S. airline.

Additionally, they co-founded the San Francisco Triathlon Club, Inc. and served as its General Counsel.

Alan Geraldi completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Sonoma State University, although the specific start and end date are not provided. After that, they attended the University of San Francisco School of Law from 1988 to 1991, where they obtained their JD degree.
