IT Support Manager at Diligent Delivery Systems

Ron Lewis has over 20 years of experience in the IT field. Ron started their career in 1999 at Synergy Enterprises as an MIS/System Administrator/Desktop Technician. Ron then moved on to Whitley Penn in 2013 and worked as a System Administrator/Desktop Support until 2015. From 2015 to 2021, Ron served as a System Administrator/Desktop Support Administrator at Pointsmith. Currently, Ron is the IT Support Manager at Diligent Delivery Systems, where they are responsible for providing IT support to 350 employees nationwide and implementing ConnectWise Manage Ticketing System & ConnectWise Automate RMM.

Ron Lewis attended DeAnza High from 1980 to 1984, where they obtained their high school degree with a focus on Basic Skills and Developmental/Remedial Education. Following that, from 1986 to 1987, they attended Contra Costa College, specializing in Computer Science.
