Jeremy Schaefer

Jeremy Schaefer is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in managing and supporting technological solutions across various sectors. Currently serving as the Manager Corporate IT at Netrix Global since August 2004, Jeremy oversees a team of six international engineers and spearheads the development of a Jira-based Helpdesk system. Previous roles include Managing Consultant and Senior Systems Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed direct customer engagement and diverse IT project management, including Exchange implementations and Office 365 migrations. Jeremy also gained foundational experience as a phone consultant at Telemond, an IT consultant at RiverPoint, and an Assets Protection Investigator at Marshall Field's. Additionally, experience as a Systems Engineer at the University of Michigan involved providing IT support to the Science Library. Jeremy holds a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
