Edward Johnson Jr

Edward Johnson Jr has been working in the field of technology since 2011. Edward began their career as a Research Intern at the University of New Orleans, where they worked with graduate chemistry students on improving thin-film solar cell efficiency. In 2015, they joined nSpire Technologies, LLC as a Business Mentee, researching extensively on disaster recovery planning and the development of business continuity planning. In 2017, they were hired as a Process Engineer at International Paper. Two years later, they began working as an Information Technology Help Desk Technician at ICT, partially as a network engineer and as a help desk technician, designing and installing networks for major public schools in the New Orleans area. In 2022, they were hired as a Robotics Technical Support Specialist at Diligent Robotics.

Edward Johnson Jr attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2015 to 2021 and obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering & Computer Science.
