Joseph Rivera

Joseph Rivera, MBA, has extensive experience in customer success and sales, currently serving as Manager of Customer Success at Diligent since August 2017. This role follows a progression through various positions within the company, including Team Lead and Customer Success Manager. Prior to Diligent, Joseph worked at McGraw-Hill Education as a Digital Sales Coordinator and at MediaRadar, Inc. as an Inventory Assistant.
