Ryan McNamee

Ryan McNamee is currently serving as the Partner Program & Operation Manager at Diligent since April 2022, with prior roles in partner renewals and partner administration. Previously, Ryan spent over a decade at Tiffany & Co., where significant positions included Sales Manager for the EMEA region and Store Manager across multiple locations. Early in the career, Ryan gained experience as a Sales Associate at Harrods and as Cabin Crew for British Airways and British Midland International. Educational qualifications include an ISM Certificate in Sales and Marketing from Professional Academy, an Applied Jewellery Professional certification from the Gemological Institute of America, and a Gem-A Level 4 Certificate in Gemmology from The Gemmological Association of Great Britain.
