Bryn Wilkinson

Bryn Wilkinson has extensive work experience in resource planning and management. They currently hold the position of Head of Resource Planning at Diligenta, a subsidiary of Tata Consultancy Services. Prior to this, Bryn worked at Target Group as the Head of Resource Planning from 2021 to 2023. Bryn has also worked at Capita, where they held various roles including Team Manager, Performance Analyst, Project Coordinator, and Call Center Supervisor. Their earliest work experience was as a Callcenter Agent at AXA from 2007 to 2009.

Bryn Wilkinson attended Norton Hill School from 1998 to 2003, where they focused on Information Technology. Bryn also obtained additional certifications, including a CF1 certification from the Chartered Insurance Institute in August 2021 and an Advanced Diploma in Customer Contact Management from Ulster University in December 2019.
