Carole McGuinness

Carole McGuinness is an experienced project management professional currently serving as a Project Manager at Diligenta since July 2023 and as Managing Director at Danian Consultants Ltd since September 2022. Previous roles include Project Delivery Manager at Leeds Building Society, where responsibilities included overseeing the 2023 Annual General Meeting and launching a new savings product, and various positions at Lloyds Banking Group, spanning project management and learning design. Carole has also held directorial roles and consultancy positions, specializing in developing tailored Learning and Development programs. Educational qualifications include FCII from the Chartered Insurance Institute and a BA Hons in Combined Arts from the University of Birmingham.
