Adrian Ravenscroft is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and business development across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of R&D and Business Development at Mermaid Medical Group since December 2023, Adrian has also been a Board Member and co-founder, as well as Chief Operating Officer of Beauty Gourmet since October 2017, focusing on functional Food & Beverage wellness products for women. Prior roles include President and CEO of BevCreation from August 2020 to October 2023, and President of Phase One Medical from 2003 to October 2017, where Adrian co-founded the company and oversaw the development of medical devices EN Snare® and Symetrex®. Earlier experience as Vice President of Operations at Biolink Corporation involved critical renegotiations of supply chains and operational efficiency improvements. Adrian holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Northeastern University, completed in 1992.
