Jeremy Moulton

Jeremy Moulton has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jeremy began their career at HSBC as a Pensions Review Technical Administrator in 1997. Jeremy then joined Winterthur Life, where they held various roles, including Customer Services Team Manager, Pension Quotes Team Manager, Pensions Servicing & Final Salary Team Manager, Business Analyst, and Senior Pensions Review Technician. In 2008, they transitioned to AXA Wealth as a Senior Pensions Technical Consultant.

In 2013, Jeremy joined Friends Life group as a Pensions Technical Manager, responsible for a team of Pensions Technical Consultants. Jeremy later moved to Aviva in 2014, assuming the role of Customer Services Manager for the Offshore Life Assurance Business unit. During their time at Aviva, they managed a team of up to 40 staff and oversaw 20 product types across four regulatory jurisdictions.

In 2017, Jeremy joined Diligenta - a subsidiary of Tata Consultancy Services. Jeremy started as a Business Operations Controls Manager for the Diligenta AVIVA account, overseeing business controls within Operations. Jeremy later became the Business Change and Transformation Manager, leading the Change Plan for Life and Pensions Platform migration for Diligenta's M&G Prudential account. Currently, Jeremy serves as the Head of First Line Risk, responsible for all of Diligenta's Client Accounts and leading teams across the UK and India.

Jeremy's most recent work experience is with Southampton City Council, starting in 2021. Jeremy holds two roles within the council, serving as the Deputy Leader of the Conservative Group and the Deputy Leader & Cabinet Member for Growth. Jeremy has had a long and dedicated political career, having served as a unitary authority Councillor for 19 years and holding various cabinet positions, including Children's Services, Resources, Finance, and Corporate Services. Jeremy is also actively involved in the council's Overview and Scrutiny Committee, currently serving as the Vice Chair.

Jeremy Moulton obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Politics from the University of Exeter, which they completed from 1994 to 1997. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's Degree in International Banking and Finance from the University of Southampton, which they completed from 1998 to 1999.
