John Benton has extensive experience in data management and continuous improvement, currently serving as a Senior Data and Insight Manager at Diligenta since November 2020. Prior to this role, John Benton worked at Thames Water as a Continuous Improvement Lead from July 2019 to November 2020. John's career began at npower in January 2012, where various roles were held, including Continuous Improvement Delivery Lead, Solutions Consultant, NWoW Customer Advocate, and Customer Service Advisor, culminating in a multifaceted skill set in operational excellence. John Benton completed a high school degree with a focus on Information Technology at Usworth Sixth Form College between 2008 and 2010.
