Carissa Hermsmeyer, MBA has over 20 years of work experience at Dillanos Coffee Roasters. Carissa started in 2001 as an Outside Sales Representative and later held various roles including Business Development Manager and Sales Manager. From 2014 to 2017, they served as the Customer Success Team Manager. In 2017, Carissa became the Strategic Plan Manager and Construction Manager for the State of the Art Coffee Roasting Facility. Currently, they hold the position of Vendor Manager and will transition to the role of Chief of Staff in January 2023.

Carissa Hermsmeyer obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Western Governors University in 2022.
