Dillas Quesadillas is a focused, fast casual restaurant in Plano, TX that brings our community fresh ingredients, full of flavor at a friendly price. We're an American take on a Mexican favorite ~ the QUESADILLA! We focus on our 10 Primo Quesadilla Combos (Buffalo Bacon, Smoked Brisket, Pulled Pork, Hatch Green Chile... just to mention a few). We pride ourselves on our fresh ingredients and bold flavor profiles! We developed each recipe on our own, we prepare everything fresh daily (including our 5 scratch sauces and fresh squeezed limeade). Our mission is to deliver The Goods each time a patron visits us - Good Food, Good People and Good Times, while working hard and keeping it clean! We are only a young startup, but have large aspirations! Our goal is to bring The Goods everyday and become part of the community we serve. We believe that the community is the foundation of our business and look to support it in any way we can. We want our patrons to feel at home when they visit, and to look forward to the next.
