Daniel Nkiwane has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Daniel began their career at Start.ca in April 2020, where they worked as a Customer Service Representative and later transitioned to a Customer Experience Technician. Daniel then took on the role of Business Enterprise Networking before becoming a Technology Support specialist. In October 2021, Daniel joined Dillon Consulting Limited as an IT Support Specialist. Alongside their civilian work, Daniel has been serving as a Canadian Armed Forces Reservist since December 2016.
Daniel Nkiwane obtained an Ontario College Diploma in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Fanshawe College, where they studied from 2017 to 2020. In addition to their diploma, they have also obtained several certifications. In December 2022, they became Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) from (ISC)². Daniel also holds certifications in Customer Service: Problem Solving and Troubleshooting from LinkedIn, which they obtained in January 2021, and Business Writing Principles from LinkedIn, which they obtained in December 2020.
