Kyle Guglielmo, C.E.T. has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Kyle began their career as a Survey Technician at Russell Technical Services Inc in 2006, where they contributed to the layout design of roads and various types of buildings. In 2008, they joined the City of Welland as a Site Supervisor, overseeing the installation of water, storm, and sanitary mains, as well as conducting surveys for road layouts and construction projects.

In 2009, Kyle gained experience as a CAD Technician (Co-op) at Hatch Mott MacDonald, where they focused on creating and updating plan and profile drawings for utility, rail, and tunnel projects. Kyle continued to work at Hatch Mott MacDonald and held various positions, including CAD Technician and Field Technician. During their time there, they were involved in designing regional infrastructure and transportation, drainage design for a highway, and acting as an owner representative in the construction of a water conveying tunnel.

In 2015, they joined Wood as a Senior Design Tech and contributed significantly in this role until 2020. Kyle'sresponsibilities included architectural drafting and design, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring project deliverables met quality standards.

Since December 2020, Kyle has been employed as a Civil Engineering Technologist at Dillon Consulting Limited, where they continue to utilize their technical skills and contribute to civil engineering projects.
