Currently serving as the Manager of Operational Risk at Dillon Consulting Limited since 2002, Malcolm has pioneered the company's risk, compliance, data governance, information security, and cybersecurity initiatives. Prior roles include Technical Group Strategist and Office Manager, where Malcolm led national teams in sustainability and environmental management across multiple offices. With a foundational background as an Environmental Engineer at Jacques Whitford Environment Limited, Malcolm holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of New Brunswick.
