Thomas Pacy

Thomas Pacy is an experienced Transit Planner and Associate at Dillon Consulting Limited since October 2018, with a strong background in transit scheduling, network planning, and service delivery. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Transit Scheduler for the City of Mississauga, where management of driver feedback systems and the use of GPS data to improve service efficiency were key responsibilities.
