Wade B. Stephens

Wade B. Stephens, CLS, currently serves as President of Dilmar Oil Company, a position held since July 2024. Previously, Wade managed FilterIT Services from March 2013 to June 2024, where Wade established the business and achieved over $1M in revenue while supporting cost-saving initiatives for Lard Oil. As Division Manager at Lard Oil Company from September 2006 to June 2024, Wade oversaw a significant growth strategy that expanded the division sixfold, directed operations with over 25 direct reports, and led multiple mergers and acquisitions achieving a 22% annual ROI. Earlier experience includes serving as Lubrication Engineer at ExxonMobil from July 1998 to September 2006, where Wade was recognized as the top engineer nationally and implemented innovative solutions saving $40M. Wade holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University and completed an Executive Presence and Influence program at The Wharton School in 2022.
