Joana Fonseca

Joana Fonseca is an experienced professional in the fields of business intelligence, consultancy, and urban planning. Currently serving as the Head of Business Intelligence & Consultancy at Dils since September 2024, Joana previously held the position of Head of Strategic Consultancy & Research at JLL from January 2021 to September 2024, contributing to a leading real estate services company. Joana's career spans several notable roles, including Associate Director of CBRE Strategic Advisory and prior positions at CBRE, WORX Real Estate Consultants, DTZ, and CISED. Educational qualifications include a Mestrado in Urbanística e Gestão do Território from Instituto Superior Técnico, a Pós-graduação in Avaliação e Gestão Imobiliária from ISEG, and an Erasmus Programme in Urban Planning from the University of Liverpool, alongside a degree in Engenharia do Território, Planeamento e Urbanismo.
