Paula Hart

Paula Hart has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Dilworth Paxson LLP since September 2016. Prior to this role, Paula held the position of Director of Human Resources at Parker McCay P.A. from February 2006 to August 2016. Additional experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at NEST International from 2002 to 2005 and beginning a career at Ballard Spahr LLP as a Human Resources Assistant from 1987 to 1999.
