TJ Klier has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. TJ is currently the Chief Financial Officer at DiMarco Group, a position they have held since December 2023. Prior to their current role, they worked as a Senior Advisor to Private Equity, Family Office, and Start-Up Businesses.
Before their advisory role, Klier served as the Chief Financial Officer at Studco Building Systems from November 2019 to December 2022. In this role, they oversaw various departments and successfully developed a COVID-19 profitability and cash management plan.
From November 2017 to October 2019, Klier held the position of CFO and Vice President - Finance at Cantel Medical. TJ was responsible for managing the accounting, finance, systems, and financial reporting functions for both domestic and international business locations.
Furthermore, Klier spent several years at WestRock Company in various finance-related positions. TJ served as the Director of Finance for the Consumer Packaging Segment, the Mills Operations, and the Recycling Plants. In addition, they held the position of Controller of Trading and was also a part of the FP&A Recycling team.
Starting their career at FTI Consulting in 2007, Klier worked as the Director of Transaction Advisory Services. TJ led due diligence teams and presented analyses to senior executives.
Klier began their career at GE in 2000 as a member of the Financial Management Program. TJ held various roles within the company, including Contractual Services Senior Financial Planning and Analysis, Global Parts Financial Planning and Analysis, Global Parts Six Sigma Black Belt.

TJ Klier earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business in 1999. TJ later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business from 2004 to 2006.
