Maria Cawley has a comprehensive work experience spanning several roles and companies. Maria recently worked at Dime Community Bank as the Senior Vice President of Treasury Management Support, where they demonstrated expertise in managing conversions, workstreams, and cross-functional teams to optimize organizational effectiveness. Maria also excels in developing new business strategies, executing continuous improvement plans, and resolving complex treasury management issues while ensuring compliance with banking regulations. Prior to this role, Maria held the position of Vice President of Treasury Management at Dime Community Bank.

Before joining Dime Community Bank, Maria worked at Bridgehampton National Bank (BNB) for over two decades. Maria served as a Vice President, leveraging their expertise and experience in the banking industry.
