Aimee Mangold

Aimee Mangold, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at Dimension Hospitality since October 2025. Prior to this role, Aimee held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at SROA Capital from April 2023 to October 2025 and at Kolter Hospitality from January 2014 to April 2023, focusing on talent management and employee relations. Aimee also gained valuable experience as Area Director of Human Resources for Procaccianti Companies, overseeing four properties in South Florida, and has held HR leadership positions at Wyndham Hotel Group and Interstate Hotels & Resorts. Aimee holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Colorado State University Global, along with SPHR certification from Florida Atlantic University.
