Michelle Maldonado

Michelle Maldonado has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Michelle is currently working as the Regional Director of Human Resources for Dimension Hospitality since 2018. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources Manager for Morongo Casino Resort & Spa from 2016 to 2018.

In 2011, Michelle joined Cox Automotive Inc. as the Senior Employee Service Center Manager. Michelle successfully implemented a new Employee Shared Service Center, resulting in cost savings of over $2 million. Michelle also played a key role in cross-functional projects, including PeopleSoft and Kronos upgrades, as well as Taleo implementation. During their time at Cox Automotive, they increased payroll efficiency and compliance through the utilization of self-service platforms.

Michelle's previous experience includes serving as the Human Resources Manager for Manheim, Forged Metals, Inc., and United Site Services. Michelle started their career at Dacor Appliance Corp. as the Human Resources Manager, where they were responsible for managing group benefit plans and implementing cost-saving initiatives.

Throughout their career, Michelle has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on process improvement. Michelle has experience managing cross-functional teams, implementing new systems, and driving efficiency in payroll and benefits administration.

Michelle Maldonado has obtained a Certification in Human Resources Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Additionally, they hold the SHRM-CP certification, which was obtained from SHRM in February 2016.
