Ryan Kelly has a diverse work experience in sales and business development. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Ameriprise Financial Services, where they managed various departments and ensured accurate management of clients' assets. In 2015, they became a Business Development Specialist at Advantage Solutions, focusing on sales, marketing, and technology. Ryan then worked as a Sales Coordinator at Residence Inn by Marriott from 2016 to 2017. Following that, Ryan held positions as a Catering Sales Manager at Holiday Inn Tyler - South Broadway and as a Corporate Sales Manager at Holiday Inn Tyler - Conference Center. In 2020, they joined Dimension Development as the Director of Sales. Ryan is currently seeking new opportunities.
Ryan Kelly received their Bachelor's Degree in Finance, General from the University of Texas at Tyler between the years 2007 and 2012. Ryan also obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on Finance and Financial Management Services during the same period at the same institution.

Weekly forecasting modules provide our financial partners with timely performance data and projections. Plus, all hotel management associates are required to attend training/certification programs to support the level of professionalism and competence we demand of all Dimension management level associates.
