Kathy Leake

Kathy Leake is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the technology and renewable energy sectors. Currently serving as Founder in Residence at Forum Ventures, Kathy is focused on an AI company aimed at operationalizing predictive maintenance in solar energy. Additionally, Kathy holds a board member position at Dimension Renewable Energy. Previously, Kathy was CEO of Crux Intelligence, a voice AI and generative AI platform, and interim CEO of Trendalytics, which specializes in predictive analytics for retail. As the CEO, co-founder, and chairwoman of Qualia, Kathy led a significant big-data platform that processed vast amounts of information. Kathy also co-founded Dstillery, where strategic positioning and market entry were developed. With prior roles at leading advertising agencies, Kathy has built a robust career since earning a BS in Business Administration and Management from the University of Southern California.
