Aaron Marcus

Aaron Marcus is currently the Head of Global Human Resources at Dimensional Fund Advisors. Prior to this, they were the Operations Director at Maple Food Co., where they were responsible for setting a new standard in food delivery by pairing the best chefs in the city with top-flight technology and logistics. Aaron has also held the position of Head of Asset Management at onefinestay, a hospitality brand offering an unprecedented level of service for stays in the finest homes. Marcus began their career as a Real Estate Investment Analyst at Prudential Financial before holding summer internships in Operations at The Home Depot and Marriott Hotels.

Aaron Marcus graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Emory University - Goizueta Business School, where they studied real estate and finance. Aaron then went on to get their Master's degree in business administration from Cass Business School.

Aaron Marcus reports to David Booth, Founder and Executive Chairman. They are on a team with Joel Kim - Chief Executive Officer, Asia, Selwyn Notelovitz - Global Chief Compliance Officer, and J. Glenn Crane - Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, Australia.
