Lisa Dallmer

Lisa Dallmer is the current Chief Operating Officer at Dimensional Fund Advisors. Prior to their current role, Lisa served as a Strategy Consultant at Coinbase from June 2018 to November 2018. In this role, Lisa was responsible for Relationship Management in equity exchange trading services and Business Development for Exchange Traded Funds. Lisa was also instrumental in contributing to the growth of Coinbase's market share from 5% to 25%. Prior to Coinbase, Lisa served as an Advisory Board Member at Trade It, Inc., a TradingView company, from March 2018 to April 2019. In this role, Lisa was a global leader for operating model strategy, financial and business planning, operational risk and control, and tech enabled process reengineering. Lisa also served as the Chief Operating Officer, Global Technology & Operations at BlackRock from January 2014 to March 2018.

Lisa Dallmer has a MBA from the University of Chicago, a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Economics from Miami University. Lisa also has a Global Executive Leadership Program from INSEAD.

Lisa Dallmer reports to David Booth, Founder and Executive Chairman. They are on a team with John Romiza - Co-Chief Executive Officer, UK, Dave Butler - Co-Chief Executive Officer and Dimensional Director, and Catherine L. Newell - General Counsel.
