Mike Andrews

Mike Andrews has had extensive work experience in the financial industry. Mike began their career at Barclays Head Office as a Clerk and later became a Manager. Mike then worked at Barclays Global Securities Services as a Senior Corporate Dealer, Associate, and Manager. Mike also worked at Barclays Group Treasury as a Senior Corporate Dealer. Andrews joined Barclays Global Investors as an Associate, where they established the treasury middle office function and developed a Foreign Exchange confirmation matching utility. Mike later became the Head of Operations, responsible for managing a team and monitoring key performance indicators. Andrews then worked at BlackRock as a Client Implementation Strategist, where they supported sponsors in managing complex client mandates and implemented end-to-end operating models. Mike joined Dimensional Fund Advisors as the Head of Client Services and later became the Head of Client Relationship Group EMEA.

Mike Andrews attended Eastwood High School for Boys from 1981 to 1986, where they obtained a CSE & O/A degree in Maths, English, History, and Geography. Prior to that, they studied at Edwards Hall Junior School from 1979 to 1981.
