Elaine Nathan

Elaine Nathan is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in HR support, training coordination, and conflict resolution. Currently serving as an HR Officer at Dimensions UK since November 2015, Elaine provides comprehensive HR support for the Eastern Regions, including coaching managers and advising on various HR policies and processes. Previously, Elaine was a Resolution Consultant at The TCM Group, focusing on workplace mediation, and held roles at Medical Services Ltd and St John Ambulance, where responsibilities included HR coordination, compliance management, and training development. Elaine holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management from the University of Greenwich, obtained in 2011.
