Emily O'Callaghan

Emily O'Callaghan has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Emily started their career as a PA/Administrator at Penisarwaun Care Homes, where they assisted in the smooth running of the administration and supported the directors in the expansion and purchase of new care homes.

Emily then worked as a Temporary PA/Reception/Administrator at Polyglot Group, where they gained experience in recruitment and working with people from different cultures.

Emily then joined Alpha Hospitals Ltd as a Senior Business Development Co-ordinator, where they worked closely with senior management in expanding and managing medium and low secure mental health services.

Emily later moved on to Advanced Childcare as a Service Development Manager, responsible for developing and managing the referrals and admissions process, as well as contributing to the company's overall business development strategies.

Emily then joined Alcimed, initially as a Consultant within the Healthcare division, where they worked directly with clients on various projects such as market analysis, benchmarking, and marketing strategy. Emily later became a Business Development Manager, managing relationships with existing clients and developing new relationships.

Emily's most recent role is the Head of Business Development at Dimensions UK, where they lead business development within subsidiary brands and undertakes consultancy project-based work looking at new opportunities, processes, and practices for the group.

Emily O'Callaghan completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Lancaster University in 2013-2014. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate studies at Bangor University from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a degree in Business Studies and Marketing with a focus on Business and Marketing. Emily's education journey began at Cardinal Newman College Preston from 2000 to 2002, where they completed their A-Levels in Psychology, Math, and Religious Studies.
