Sarah Baiden

Sarah Baiden possesses extensive experience in the social care sector, currently serving as the Academy & Qualifications Manager and Qualifications and Assessment Manager at Dimensions UK since July 2008. In these roles, Sarah is strategically responsible for sourcing qualifications for 7,000 staff, particularly in social care Apprenticeship Standards and Level 5 Leadership diplomas. Additionally, as a Lead Partner for the Berkshire WDF Partnership with Skills for Care, Sarah facilitates funding for qualifications and keeps employers informed on relevant developments.
