Pip Griffiths has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Pip'smost recent position is as the ADRD project head at the Digital Medicine Society (DiMe), where they started in August 2022. Before that, they worked at IQVIA, initially as a Scientific Manager in Statistical Services, Patient Centered Endpoints from September 2020 to November 2021, and then as an Associate Director in the same department from November 2021. Prior to IQVIA, they worked at Adelphi Values as a Psychometrician from March 2019 to September 2020. In 2018, they held the position of Research Scientist at Clinical Outcomes Solutions until March 2019, and before that, they were a Senior Research Associate from April 2016 to December 2018. Pip'swork experience also includes being an Evidence Analyst at The Bristol Review from April 2015 to December 2015, where they contributed to an independent review of NHS services. Pip began their career as a Post-doctoral Researcher at the University of Bath from October 2014 to March 2015.

Pip Griffiths (she/her/hers) earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Applied Psychology from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd between 2005 and 2009. Later, from 2010 to 2015, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Psychology at the University of Bath.
