Michael Graef

Michael Graef is a Principal Design Engineer and Partner at DiMonte Group Inc., a role held since August 2010. Previously, Michael worked as a Co-op Engineer at ITW - Buehler in late 2009, where key elements of a new line of metallurgical abrasive cutters were designed, prototyped, and tested. Prior experience includes a position as a Co-op Engineer at ITW Technology Center from June 2007 to September 2009, focusing on the design and development of patentable concepts across various R&D projects in diverse industries such as food equipment, industrial packaging, and construction equipment. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing and Design Engineering from Northwestern University, earned between 2005 and 2010.
