Stefano Lupi

Stefano Lupi is an experienced executive with a strong background in human resources and operations management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer & Human Resources Director at DINAMIC OIL SpA since January 2021, Stefano supervises all activities and projects while focusing on company growth, financial strength, and operational efficiency. Previously, as Human Resources Director EMEA at VSG, a Dover Company, and Human Resources and Organization Director at Bosch Rexroth Oil Control, Stefano led HR operations across multiple production plants, overseeing labor relations, talent management, and compliance. With a career beginning in 1986 as an HR Consultant at Capgemini, Stefano has developed expertise in organizational structure, personnel administration, and crisis management, notably during recovery efforts following natural disasters. Stefano holds degrees from SDA Bocconi and Università Bocconi.
