Michael Rickey

Michael Rickey's work experience begins in 2000 as an Acquisition Director at Quantum Group, Inc. Michael then co-founded Journey International, Inc. in 2001, where they served as the Director of Business Development, overseeing mergers and acquisitions in the medical industry. In 2004, they joined Govig & Associates as an Account Executive until 2007. Following this, they worked as a Business Development Consultant at R. E. Rickey & Associates, focusing on automotive electronics and establishing joint venture partnerships. Most recently, since 2009, Michael has been a part of Dinan & Company, LLC, starting as a Senior Investment Banking Associate and currently holding the role of Vice President.

Michael Rickey obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from The University of Alabama between 1994 and 1999. Michael went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, which they completed between 2018 and 2020. In addition to their formal education, Michael Rickey holds certifications in the financial industry, including a Series 63 License (Uniform Securities Agent) and a Series 79 License (Investment Banking Representative), both obtained from FINRA.
