Charlotte Canning's work experience includes roles in various companies and positions. In 2013, they worked as a Product Sales Training Manager at El Corte Ingles. From 2014 to 2016, they were involved in Business Development at Therascience España, where they were a member of the Management Committee and contributed to the annual business plan. Charlotte then worked as a Consultant & Regional Account Manager Spain at 4Doctors from 2016 to 2016, focusing on business development and customer relationship management. From 2017 to 2018, they served as the Business Strategy & Development Manager at Mediktiv, where they were responsible for developing sales strategies and commercial proposals. From 2016 to 2018, they held the position of Partner & Health Innovation Manager at KHCNetwork, providing guidance and assistance to healthcare businesses in optimizing growth and innovation. Charlotte then joined AXA Partners as the Manager Health from 2018 to 2021, being part of a global team that developed customized healthcare solutions. Additionally, from 2018 to 2023, they assumed the role of International Sales, Distribution & Business Development Manager at AXA Seguros España - Axa People Protect Services, focusing on driving growth and strategic alliances in the health and wellness sector. Since 2022, they have been a Professor in the MBA Healthcare program at CESIF, which aims to train future leaders in healthcare management. Lastly, they have been a member of AJPS - Asociación de Jóvenes Profesionales del Seguro since 2022, working towards stimulating cooperation and exchange of experiences in the insurance sector.

Charlotte Canning completed a Licentiate degree in English Language and Literature, General from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 2007 to 2009. Additionally, they completed a technical course in Digital Marketing at Seeway - Escuela de Diseño, Animación y Comunicación Digital in 2015.
