Ken Holden

Ken Holden is an accomplished construction management professional with extensive experience in project coordination and operations across various roles. Currently serving as General Manager at Dincel Installation since February 2016, Ken oversees the design, supply, installation, and certification of a 275mm waterproof walling system. Prior to this, Ken worked as a Sales Project Coordinator at Ultrafloor (aust) Pty Ltd, where responsibilities included evaluating project suitability for engineering applications. Ken's earlier career at BlueScope Steel included multiple roles such as Project Manager and Operations Manager, overseeing custom pre-engineered building solutions, remote building projects for Indigenous communities, and integrated solar solutions. Ken's foundational experience with Ultrafloor Precast Flooring and as a Senior Draftsman at Rodd Hay Craig Architects has provided a strong background in design and project execution. Ken holds an education from Blue Mountains Grammar and the University of Technology Sydney.
