Debbi Brady Collins

Debbi Brady Collins is currently serving as Franchise Technology Services Account Manager at Dine Brands Global since December 2022. Prior to this role, Debbi held the position of Environment, Health and Safety Manager/Quality Manager at A Luster Metal Finishing, beginning in May 2019. Debbi's extensive background in the culinary and hospitality sector includes serving as Catering Manager at The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art from July 2016 to May 2019 and as Banquet/Catering/Event Manager at Yia Yias Euro Bistro-PB&J from April 2009 to January 2012. Previous experience includes management and training roles at PB&J Restaurants, where Debbi trained staff and managed restaurant operations. Debbi is HAZMAT and OSHA certified and holds educational credentials from Johnson County Community College and St. Teresa’s Academy, a college preparatory school.
