Paul Scott

Paul Scott has extensive experience in network alliances and operations management, currently serving as the Head of Northern Europe at Discover Financial Services since April 2017. In addition to this role, Paul has been with Diners Club International since January 1996, where responsibilities have included serving as Senior Manager for DCISC Operations, as well as holding roles as a Consultant, Senior QA Technical Consultant, and QA Technician. Paul Scott earned a Bachelor of Science degree in European Business and Technology from Coventry University from 1984 to 1989.
