Bruce T. Dugan Sr.

Bruce T. Dugan Sr. has a long and varied work experience. Bruce T. started in 2002 as the Founder and President of First Drum Films, a production company which facilitated the production of The Last Poets documentary and subsequent web-series. In 2005, they became the CEO of Inicia Incorporated, a holding company whose subsidiaries focus on intellectual content development, media, publishing, technology, and entertainment. In 2008, they became the CEO of i2medialab, one of the subsidiaries of Inicia Incorporated. In 2012, they became the CEO and Managing Member of Intech Creative LLC. In 2017, they became the Chief Strategy Officer of AFX Logistics. In 2018, they became the Chief Strategy Officer of Global3PL. In 2019, they became the Co-Founder of Dinevite, the Marketing Strategist of Indra PR, and the Chairman & CEO of Incognito Worldwide, a worldwide service fulfillment company. Finally, in 2020, they became a Partner at A2z Business Consulting.

Bruce T. Dugan Sr. completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Northwest College, Tulsa OK in 1984, with a field of study in Business. Prior to this, they attended Delaware Valley University from 1975 to 1978, studying Business Administration and Management, General. In 1977, they completed a course study in Logistics from Rutgers University - Newark. In addition, they obtained an Accelerator Program certification from Newchip Accelerator in February 2020, and a Logistics certification from Rutgers Business School in October 1982.
