Blake Rock

Blake Rock serves as the Assistant General Manager at Dinosaur Bar-B-Que since July 2019, overseeing a team of over 100 employees while enhancing the work environment and developing new craft cocktails and draft beer selections quarterly. Previous roles at Dinosaur Bar-B-Que include Service Manager, Shift Lead, and Food Server. Additionally, Blake worked as a Woodworker at Urban Industrial Design from December 2019 to October 2020, where custom woodworking skills were developed under owner Brian Seitz. Earlier experience included a position as a Hoverboard Engineer and Office Manager at LACED UP, INC., focusing on repairs, diagnostics, and sales. Blake Rock holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a minor in Nanoscale Engineering from the University at Albany, completed in 2019 and 2016, respectively.
