Mike Biagiotti has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Mike started their career in 1992 as Executive Vice President at Communications Group, where they worked until 2001. Following this, they served as President at Madison Envoy from 2001 to 2010. During this time, they also worked at Weinstock Marketing as Executive Vice President from 2007 to 2010.

In 2010, Mike joined BUBBA burger Grill as Director of Sales & Marketing, where they worked until 2012. Mike then moved on to become the Director of Sales & Marketing at Latitude 360, Inc., an upscale restaurant and entertainment destination. Mike played a crucial role in leading the sales and marketing team and generated over $20 million in annual sales. Mike worked at Latitude 360, Inc. until 2016.

Subsequently, Mike founded their own company called Membership Stream in 2016. Mike served as the Founder and developed monthly-pay membership programs for various companies in the entertainment industry. In 2017, they moved to Dinova as the Director of Strategic Partnerships. Mike'sresponsibilities included developing strategic partnerships with restaurants and chains for Dinova's corporate partner employees to spend their travel and entertainment expenses.

In 2018, Mike became a Co-Owner of Lavender Fields at Pumpkin Blossom Farm, a family-owned lavender farm known for creating various lavender products. The farm is open seasonally for various activities and classes.
