Javier Flores

Javier Flores is an accomplished legal professional serving as the Office Managing Partner in Boston for Dinsmore & Shohl LLP since July 2019, representing a diverse clientele including Fortune 500 companies. In addition, Javier serves as a Commissioner for the Boston Fair Housing Commission and was a member of the NCAA's Independent Resolution Panel from August 2019 to December 2023. Javier held the position of VP of Programs (Su Carrera) at the Hispanic National Bar Association from September 2021 to September 2023, leading initiatives such as Poder25 and Su Dinero and serving on the Executive Committee and Board of Governors. Previous roles include National Secretary at the Hispanic National Bar Association, Partner at Manning Gross & Massenburg, Attorney at Coughlin Betke LLP, and Trial Attorney for the Massachusetts Committee for Public Counsel Services.
