Lynette Sáenz

Lynette Cisneros has significant experience in pastoral and community ministry, currently serving as the Assistant Secretary for Parish Life at the Diocese of Cleveland since January 2019. Prior to this role, Lynette served as the Director of the Instituto Pastoral Hispano at St. Bernard's School of Theology & Ministry from July 2012 to December 2018 and as the Director of Cultural Ministries for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Rochester from September 2011 to December 2018, overseeing pastoral care for diverse ethnic groups. Additional experience includes roles as Pastoral Associate at St. Patrick's Church and Associate Director of Research & Publications at Instituto Fe y Vida. Lynette's career began with a position as Coordinator of Urban Youth Ministry at the Roman Catholic Diocese of Rochester. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from St. Bernard's School of Theology & Ministry, a Master of Social Work from Nazareth University, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Baldwin Wallace University.
