Rachel Bryson has a diverse work experience in various communication and public relations roles. Rachel was the Executive Director of Public Relations at the Roman Catholic Diocese of Harrisburg, where they served as the chief media contact and oversaw proactive media strategies. Prior to that, they were the Communications Director at Cumberland County, PA, where they managed information distribution and developed marketing strategies for the county government. Rachel also served as the Director of Communications at the American Trauma Society, Pennsylvania Division, where they developed and managed the organization's communications and marketing plan. Rachel has additional experience as an Adjunct Instructor at Shippensburg University, an Operations Communication Intern at Volvo Construction Equipment, and in various graduate assistant roles. Rachel began their career as a reporter at The Record Herald and worked as a 4-H Program Assistant at the Penn State Franklin County Extension Office. Rachel also held the title of American Honey Princess at the American Beekeeping Federation.

Rachel Bryson obtained their education from various institutions. Rachel pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication/Journalism from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania between 2003 and 2007. Following this, they went on to earn their Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Theater at Hagerstown Community College from 2007 to 2008. Rachel later pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Communication Studies (Public Relations) at Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, which they completed between 2012 and 2013.
