Bob Romantic

Bob Romantic joined GCU in 2011 and currently serves as the executive director of communications and public relations. Known for his collaborative storytelling, editing and communication skills during 25 years as an award-winning journalist and editor in Arizona, Romantic now uses that experience to shine a light on the many positive stories emanating from the university.

A native Arizonan who was born in Phoenix, he oversees all communications at GCU — externally via news.gcu.edu and GCU Magazine, internally through direct communications to employees, students and stakeholders, and through public relations efforts with local and national media.

He received his Bachelor of Science in Journalism degree from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona.
