Nina Meder

Nina Meder, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at the Diocese of Houma-Thibodaux, a position held since November 2022. Prior to this role, Nina worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Baumer Foods, Inc. from April 2022 to November 2022, and at Sealevel Construction Inc. from January 2021 to April 2022, where responsibilities included a dual role as HR/HSE Assistant. Earlier experience includes a position as a Student Worker at the Nicholls State University Records and Registration Office from January 2020 to January 2021, and as a Hostess/Server at Spigots Brew Pub between April 2019 and October 2019. Nina earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Nicholls State University, completing studies in December 2021.
